Must understands and knows how to interpret network diagram, data extracted from the monitoring tool, provides report with recommendation and action plans
Background in ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System), ISO 27001:2005 (Information Security Management System), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 (Information Technology – Service Management) is a plus
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develops procedures, processes, policies and work instructions that are compliant to the documentation standard set by the company
Set team metrics to align with the accomplishment of the Wildly Important Goal (WIG)
Ensures all the team members adheres to the documented procedures, policies, processes and work instructions all the time
Establish unity of purpose and direction which the team can become fully involved in achieving the DirectWithHotels and ITS team’s wildly important goals (WIGs)
Develops and maintains system security plans and contingency plans for all IT systems and major applications for which he or she is responsible
Participates in risk assessments to periodically reevaluate sensitivity of the system, risks, and mitigation strategies
Works out current and future IT needs by consulting with people at all levels about the current work systems and deciding how improvements could be made
Analyze the information needs of an organization and develop technological solutions to satisfy those needs
Prepares or directs IT policy and plan strategy development
Conducts and facilitates weekly Team WIG Session and align team goals with DWH’s Wildly Important Goal
Oversees network and server management activities such as troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing and maintaining routers; updating of users (adding/terminating); assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses account; assessing and reporting operations status; performing backups and restores
Must be able to clearly see the pros and cons of certain courses of action, and be able to choose and negotiate a compromise which best serves the organization in the long run.
Must be able to withstand pressure from various groups with competing objectives and be willing to take a stand for a course of action that is in the long-run best interests of the organization
Implements Best Practice ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) approach in DirectWithHotels
Able to provide effective control and continual improvement of IT service management activities
Ensures adequate and reliable IT support services
Effective monitoring and continual improvement of IT support services
Manages on time accomplishment and quality delivery of ITS led projects

Title: Revenue Management Associate

Required Qualifications:
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
At least two years of solid experience in customer relationship management and/or sales & marketing.
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Must have good working knowledge of the Internet.
Must have strong leadership skills, good judgment and initiative
Customer relationship management, marketing and public relations, project management, communication and organizational skills. Sales skills are an advantage
Must have strong analytical skills which will be the basis for coming up with recommendations to ensure hotel website's performance is continuously improving
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly Performance, Availability, BRO and Collaboration Analysis for portfolio of hotels.
Ensure profitability by maximizing C2B performance through Availability, BRO and guest-friendly cancellation policies.
Regularly send Reservations Performance Reports to hotel clients on a monthly basis and provide recommendations based on hotel website’s data to address areas for improvement.
Provide valuable inputs for continuous improvement of GI, HI and DWH Directory. Includes QA and UAT.
Regularly coordinate with Sales Partners with regards to Hotel performance updates and support needs.
Conduct research as required by activities that contribute to the WIGs.
AdHoc tasks that may be assigned by Unit Leads, Vice President for Performance Maximization or Executive Management.
